Standard Terms For Prices, Shipping, Payment and
Warranty
- Prices include complete utility- connected (On Grid) system with Controller,
Inverter(s) and Standard 5-Year Warranty.
- Prices do not include optional tower, installation or shipping. However, Four Seasons Windpower offers low shipping
rates!
- Products are shipped from our manufacturing facilities. Call or email Four
Seasons Windpower LLC. for an exact shipping rate to your port/freight terminal,
anywhere worldwide.
- Products typically ship in 30-45 days from the date of initial order, and
will arrive at your port/freight terminal approximately 20-30 days later.
- Payment Terms: 100% at the time of placing the order for a 10Kw or
smaller. For anything larger than a 10Kw 70% is due at the time the order is
placed with the remaining 30% due before time of shipment. FSW will surrender
shipping documents approximately 7 days prior to shipment from the manufacturer.
- Payment types: wire transfer from bank-to-bank. Paypal for on-line
purchasing.
- Standard Warranty: Materials and workmanship are guaranteed for a period of
5 years from the date of receipt of delivery of generator. Power One grid-tie inverters and Xantrex
grid-tie with battery back-up inverters are backed by a 5 year warranty from receipt of
manufacturer’s goods.
